Top 2007 wide receiver recruit, Terrance Toliver of Hempstead, Texas, has announced he will attend LSU. With the departure of both starting wide receivers, Toliver could make an instant impact. The 6′4 receiver has been called the best Texas prep WR since Detroit Lions star Roy Williams. LSU is still in the running for top halfback Joe McKnight of River Ridge, LA. Landing both Tolliver and McKnight, to go with top ten 2007 recruit WR Ron Brooks would give new quarterback Ryan Perriloux an assortment of talented targets.
